Terms and Conditions of Use

These
Terms and Conditions of Use (TOU) govern your use of any [D2R] Design to Renovation Academy (“D2R”) digital or downloadable resources, online courses, one-on-one or group coaching, memberships, classes, programmes, workshops, or training, including any private online forums hosted by D2R (collectively referred to as “the Programme”).

By accessing or using the Programme, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these TOU.

If you do not agree to these TOU, you must not use the Programme.

1. Programme Participants

As part of the Programme, you will receive the services and/or digital products outlined on the registration page at the time of purchase.

D2R may, at its sole discretion, offer additional benefits to certain participants. Participation in these additional benefits is not guaranteed and is at the discretion of D2R.

This Programme
is intended for individuals aged 18 and above. Some content may not be suitable for minors. D2R is not liable for access by individuals under 18.

2. Promotional Offers

D2R may occasionally offer discounts, bonuses, or promotional pricing (“Promotional Offers”). The terms of these offers will be clearly outlined on the relevant Programme registration page.

3. Payment Terms

By purchasing the Programme, you agree to:

✔The price and payment schedule at checkout.

✔All payments are either in GBP (£) or USD ($) where stated

✔Automatic debit/credit card charges for subscription-based services unless cancelled.

If payment is not received by the due date, you will have 7 days to make the payment. Failure to do so may result in:

• Suspension or termination of access to the Programme.

• Late fees on overdue balances of 30+ days.

• Debt recovery action, including legal fees for collection.

4. Refund Policy

1. No Refunds Policy

All purchases made through D2R Design to Renovation Academy are final. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or credits for any products, services, courses, memberships, or digital downloads.

By making a purchase, you acknowledge and agree that you waive any right to a refund

2. Digital Products and the Cooling-Off Period

Under


UK consumer law, digital products (such as online courses, templates, and downloads) are exempt from the 14-day "cooling-off" period once access has been provided. By purchasing and accessing any digital product, you accept that you lose your right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

3. Community Groups and Membership Access

Access to Facebook groups, forums, and community spaces associated with D2R is provided as a complimentary bonus and does not constitute a paid element of any Programme. D2R reserves the right to:

Close community groups at any time.

Remove individuals from groups without prior notice.

Refuse membership to groups at our discretion.

Being removed from a Facebook or community group does not entitle you to a refund.

5. Guest Coaches and Coach Substitutes

D2R may, at its sole discretion, invite guest coaches or substitute coaches to participate in and deliver aspects of the Programme. D2R reserves the right to assign any and all duties, responsibilities, and obligations under these TOU to a qualified third party, without prior notice or the need for participant consent.

If a participant disagrees with or does not consider the guest or substitute coach to be qualified, this will not be grounds for a refund. Any request for a refund on this basis will be denied.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

All content within the Programme (“the Content”)—including videos, documents, graphics, and resources—is owned by D2R and protected by UK copyright and intellectual property laws.

You may not:

Reproduce, share, or sell
any

Programme content.

Use materials for commercial purposes without express permission.

You may:

✔ Download and print materials
for personal use only.

7. Confidentiality and Community Guidelines

The Programme may include private forums, coaching calls, and community discussions.

A. Respect and Conduct

By participating in the
Programme, you agree to:

✔ Treat all members with respect and professionalism.

Not share confidential information from group discussions.

B. Strictly Prohibited Conduct

You may not:

• Harass or threaten other participants.

• Post or distribute abusive, offensive, or discriminatory content.

• Spam or promote products/services.

• Share private group content externally.

Violation of these terms may result in immediate removal from the Programme without refund.

  1. 8. Legal Disputes & Governing Law

These TOU are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Jurisdiction: Any legal disputes must be resolved in UK courts.

Arbitration (Optional): D2R may offer arbitration as an alternative dispute resolution.

9. Changes to These TOU

These TOU may be updated at any time. Continued use of the Programme constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
